1. Eligibility

To participate in the Earnify Money Financial Services Refer & Earn program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal information
• Not be an existing employee or agent of any financial institution we partner with

2. Referral Program Rules

• Referrals must be genuine leads — individuals who are actually interested in the financial product
• Self-referrals (referring yourself or creating fake leads) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination
• Each referred individual must be a unique person not previously submitted to us or our partners
• Referrals must provide accurate and complete information for processing
• Earnify Money Financial Services reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any referral before processing rewards

3. Earnings & Payouts

• Referral rewards are paid only upon successful completion of the referred product (e.g., account opening, loan disbursement, policy issuance)
• Reward amounts are determined by Earnify Money and may vary by product, partner, and applicable promotions
• Payout timelines depend on confirmation from the respective financial partner and may take up to 1 working day after approval
• Earnify Money Financial Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue reward amounts at any time with or without prior notice
• Rewards are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws. TDS may be deducted as required

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent referral information
• Misrepresent Earnify Money Financial Services or our partner financial institutions
• Use spam, unauthorized marketing, or cold-calling tactics to generate referrals
• Violate any applicable laws while promoting our services
• Make false promises or guarantees to potential referrals about financial products

5. Termination

Earnify Money Financial Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, violation of these terms, or any activity that harms the company or its partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of Earnify Money Financial Services. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Earnify Money Financial Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the referral reward amount for the disputed transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
